What iziwerk provides — per-client workspaces, proposals, chat, files and invoice tracking — and what it deliberately does not do (it never processes or holds your clients' payments).

3. Your account

Eligibility, passwordless sign-in and passkeys, recovery, and your responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Invited clients

How invite-only client access works, and the boundaries around a client's access to a single project.

5. Acceptable use

What you agree not to do with the service. Final wording pending legal review.

6. Plans, billing & the no-cut promise

Free and paid plans, the flat monthly fee, cancellation, and our commitment that iziwerk takes no cut of your invoices and never touches your money.

7. Your content & data

You own your content. How it is stored (in the EU), your right to export or delete it, and the limited licence you grant us to run the service.

8. Availability & changes

Service availability expectations and how material changes to these Terms are communicated.

9. Liability

Warranties and limitations of liability. Final wording pending legal review.

10. Termination

How either side may end the agreement, and what happens to your data afterwards.

11. Governing law & contact
