// scope · agreement · delivery · invoice
Contractor invoicing software that remembers what you agreed.
You're the contractor and the back office. iziwerk takes the second job: the scope you sent, the agreement they accepted, the files you handed over and the invoice you're owed — all in one space per client. Flat monthly fee. No cut of what you bill.

"Contractor" means two different jobs. This serves one of them.
Worth settling in the first thirty seconds rather than the last, so nobody spends an afternoon finding out the hard way.
Built for the independent contractor
Self-employed, contracting directly with clients — developers, designers, consultants, writers, marketers, engineers, photographers. Work that arrives as a scope and leaves as an invoice.
Not built for trades or construction
There's no job costing, no estimates or quoting workflow, no change orders, no progress or retainage billing, no lien waivers, no crew timesheets, no materials lists and no site-mobile app. If you run a build or a crew, you want field-service software — and it isn't this.
And it isn't accounting either
No bookkeeping, no VAT returns, no payroll, no expense capture. iziwerk runs the client side of the job and stops there, on purpose. Your accountant keeps their job.
// the order it actually happens in
Scope, agreed, delivered, invoiced.
A contract job is a chain, and every link is a thing someone can dispute later. Keeping the chain in one place is most of the value.
01
Send the scope
What's included, what isn't, what it costs. From a template, in their space.
02
They accept it
One click, and the acceptance is on the record with a date against it.
03
Do the work
Files, updates and decisions in the same thread. Nothing lost to email.
05
Both sides close it
They confirm delivery, you confirm payment. Done means done.
// one contract, one place
Everything about that job, in one thread.
Running four contracts at once usually means four sets of everything, spread across the same three apps. Here each client has their own space, and the space holds the whole job in the order it happened. When a client questions a line six weeks later, the agreement is on the same page as the invoice.
And one client can't reach another's files, messages or invoices — that separation is enforced at the data layer, not hidden in the interface. How we verify that
// paperwork that holds up
The documents a contract job actually needs.
Scopes and agreements
Sent from a template, accepted in a click, dated on the record. The thing you point at when memories differ.
Invoices you can track
Sent, viewed, paid, confirmed — against the contract it belongs to, not in a folder of loose PDFs.
Seventeen document types
Briefs, receipts, statements and the rest, from one builder with your branding on every page.
Confidential by default
Client contracts and deliverables are seen by you and that client, and nobody else. The detail
Chasing, automated
On the Izi Werk plan, invoice reminders and proposal nudges send themselves. Late payment stops being your admin task.
A record you can point at
Finished contracts leave real ratings and delivered work on your profile. Proof you earned, not proof you wrote.
// the part that matters
Bill €3,400. Receive €3,400.
Your client pays you directly, through whatever arrangement you already have with them. iziwerk isn't in that path — we don't process, hold or touch the money, so there's no percentage to take and nothing of yours sitting in someone else's account.
We charge one flat monthly fee instead. A €3,400 contract costs the same to run as a €340 one.
Flat fee. No cut. No strings.
// questions
Contractor questions
"Is this for construction contractors?"
No. iziwerk has no job costing, no estimates or quoting workflow, no change orders, no progress or retainage billing, no lien waivers, no crew timesheets and no site-mobile app. If you run a trade, a crew or a build, you want field-service software and this isn't it. iziwerk is for the independent contractor — the self-employed professional working with clients directly.
"What counts as a contractor here?"
Someone self-employed who contracts directly with clients: developers, designers, consultants, writers, marketers, engineers, photographers. If your work arrives as a scope of work and leaves as an invoice, this fits. If it arrives as a site visit and leaves as a bill of materials, it doesn't.
"Do you take a cut of what I bill?"
No. Your client pays you directly, by whatever method you already use, and iziwerk isn't in the payment path. We charge one flat monthly fee — the same fee regardless of how much you bill.
"Can I keep the agreement and the invoice together?"
That's the point of it. Scope, agreement, files, messages and invoice all sit in the same client space, in the order they happened. When a client questions a line six weeks later, the agreement is on the same page as the invoice.
"Can I run several contracts at once?"
Yes, each in its own space. One client can't reach another's files, messages or invoices — the separation is enforced at the data layer, not just hidden in the interface. The free Taste plan covers one active project; Werk at €12 a month is unlimited. See pricing
